KYLE UEBELHOR is a Principal with the Alexander Group’s Chicago office, contributes his knowledge and experience to a wide array of sales organizations. His clients include leading companies in technology, telecommunications, wholesale/distribution, financial services and healthcare. He helps clients redefine and deploy sales coverage to ensure optimal sales performance.
By applying the Alexander Group’s Sales Management System™, he helps companies achieve their sales objectives through a variety of techniques, including improved channel design, sales ROI, sales metrics, sales forecasting, quota allocation, sales force automation solutions and sales compensation. As a part of an organization widely recognized by national professional associations and trade publications for their work in linking sales compensation to management’s objectives, Kyle frequently speaks on sales compensation topics. He has authored several articles and whitepapers including most recently “Five Sales Compensation Solutions to Sales Force Transformation.”
Prior to joining the Alexander Group, Kyle spent ten years in commercial banking. As a relationship manager and lender to large middle market companies, he developed a broad expertise across numerous industries and developed solutions-based selling strategies with his C-suite corporate clients. For the past decade, Kyle has been a volunteer for the American Cancer Society where he has served as the chairman of several Relay-for-Life events, County Board of Directors Member, Regional Trainer and Event Emcee and State Volunteer Lobbyist to the United States Congress.
Kyle received his BA from Wabash College and his MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
PRIYA GHATNEKAR is a Manager with the Alexander Group’s Chicago office. Ms. Ghatnekar has experience working with clients across multiple industries, including insurance, financial services and manufacturing.
Prior to joining the Alexander Group, Priya was an analyst at Towers Watson’s Investment Services group. She focused on defined contribution and defined benefit plans. She was responsible for developing and monitoring investment programs. Ms. Ghatnekar has also worked at both The Marco Consulting Group and EnnisKnupp & Associates.
Priya received her BA from The George Washington University and her MBA from The Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
