Our speaker, Sara Frasca, will deliver an energizing and actionable keynote around the Five Core Mindsets of Innovation. This will get people leaning in and frame the discussion around high-performing cultures, embracing change, and driving innovation.

Sara Frasca, Vice President of Innovation Enablement, Platypus Labs

Sara is Vice President of Innovation Enablement at Platypus Labs, a global innovation enablement, invention, and consulting firm. She helps leading organizations cultivate human imagination, build a culture of innovation, and solve complex problems in creative ways. Sara is a go-to resource for leaders seeking competitive advantage and sustainable success by harnessing innovation.

She started her career at General Mills, helping to build and launch a variety of successful brands. As an Account Director at HelloWorld, she was at the forefront of the digital boom, strategically leading Fortune 500 clients through their transformation. In 2014, she decided to harness her entrepreneurial spirit, leading to the launch of Trasca & Co Eatery, a hyper-successful business in Jacksonville, Florida.

Her passion for creativity and service, mixed with her corporate and start-up experience make her a great asset to help organizations navigate a multitude of business challenges. Sara was named Female Entrepreneur of the Year in Jacksonville, Florida and sits on the Board of Directors for the Jacksonville University Davis College of Business.

Luncheon Meal Options:
During the registration process, you will be required to indicate your choice (and your guest's if applicable), and any special dietary requests. The pork and portobello meals are gluten free.

  • Chicken Saltimbocca Boneless chicken breast topped with prosciutto, fresh mozzarella and sage finished with lemon cream, served with parmesan orzo pasta and asparagus
  • Herb-Crusted Pork Loin (GF) Green peppercorn bordelaise sauce served with garlic red skin mashed potatoes and green beans
  • Grilled Portobello (GF) Served with quinoa, broccolini and seared red peppers

Professional Profile Photos:
We are partnering with Minneapolis Headshots to have professional profile photos taken at the Marriott between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. These digital images are acceptable for social media and your best shot will be emailed directly to you by the provider. The opportunity is offered on a time permitting, first-come-first-serve basis. There is no charge for the service and it will be available to members only.

TCCN Donation Drive:

This year we will be collecting gently-used and new men’s and women’s professional clothing, accessories, and new personal care items suitable for job interviews and the workplace for Ready for Success. Items must be current fashion and purchased within the past 3 years. Please bring item(s) to the Annual Meeting.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation notice is required no later than 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 4th to avoid a $40 no-show fee.
