TCCN CODE OF ETHICS
The WorldatWork volunteer leadership launched a new ethics initiative in the summer of 2001. Since then, in addition to efforts to incorporate ethics into courses and the monthly ethics column in Workspan magazine, the association has conducted numerous open forums about ethics in the profession including two here in the Twin Cities. Click here to see the most recent presentation on this topic that has been shared with TCCN membership at one of these meetings. As part of the WorldatWork Local Network, the Twin Cities Compensation Network supports and endorses this initiative. Additional information on this topic may be found on the WorldatWork home page ( www.worldatwork.org) under Library, then Informational Resources and Periodicals - Ethics for the Profession. We would draw your attention to the standards of Professional Practice in this section. These standards have been adopted to promote and maintain ethical conduct in the profession. Also, you may use the Info Finder feature on their web site home page and enter Ethics or Code of Ethics for articles and publications.
