Dan is a Director of Compensation at UnitedHealth Group. He has been in the compensation profession for over 17 years. He enjoys golfing, running, exercise and reading, and lives with his family in Eagan.

Luke is a Director of Compensation at UnitedHealth Group.  He has been in the compensation and benefits profession for 15 years.  He enjoys golfing, basketball and poker.  He lives in Plymouth with his wife and two children.

Catherine is a Compensation Analyst at ev3, Inc and is currently working on
her Masters in Human Resources and Change Management from the University of
St. Thomas. In her free time, Catherine enjoys rock climbing, spending time
outside, traveling, and trying new things.

Jill is the Executive Compensation Manager for Pentair, Inc.  She has been in the compensation profession for over 10 years.  She enjoys running, competing in triathlons and traveling.

Jan Frisch is an Independent Compensation Consultant with 18+ years experience
in organizations including Wells Fargo, Allianz, Datacard, Eschelon Telecom and
Pillsbury.  She is an Adjunct Faculty Member at St. Mary's University. 
In her free time, she ice dances and enjoys bicycling.

Ann Bares is Managing Partner of Altura Consulting Group, a compensation consulting firm located in the Twin Cities.  She has over 20 years experience in the compensation profession.  She lives with her family in Medina.

Michelle is a Manager of  Compensation at Lifetouch.  She has been in the compensation profession for 16 years.  She enjoys traveling, scrapbooking and flower gardening.  She lives in Chaska with her husband and three boys.

Pam is the Manager of Compensation and HRMS at The Smead Manufacturing Company.
