Jerry is the Manager of Global Compensation for The Mosaic Company. He has over 20 years of experience in broad-based compensation, HRIT, and a passion for international compensation. He enjoys traveling, kayaking and biking. He lives with his family "south of the river" in Burnsville.

Luke is a Director of Compensation at UnitedHealth Group. He has been in the compensation and benefits profession for over 15 years. He enjoys golfing, basketball, and poker. He lives in Plymouth with his wife and two children.

Saado is a Principal at Keystone Compensation Group LLC, a compensation consulting firm based in Minneapolis. He has over 20 years of experience as a consultant and Corporate Compensation Manager, designing and managing a wide variety of compensation programs. Most recently he served as a member of the senior leadership team at Stanton Group and was Vice President of their Compensation Consulting and Surveys Practice.

Saado enjoys reading, teaching, and traveling around the world. He lives with his family in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Glen is a Compensation & Human Capital Performance Analyst at Select Comfort.  He has 5 years of compensation experience and prior to compensation he worked as a financial analyst.  He lives with his wife in Lino Lakes and has three boys, two of which are in college and the third in his senior year of high school.  In his spare time Glen enjoys fishing and golf.

Kathy is a Compensation Consultant at HealthEast Care System. She has been in the compensation profession for over 15 years. She enjoys scrapbooking, running, and entertaining family, and friends. She lives with her husband and their twin boys in Inver Grove Heights.

Lee works as a Consultant for Oberon, LLC.  He has nearly ten years experience in compensation design and administration.  He enjoys, sailing, skiing, and running.

Tony Bergmann-Porter is Principal and owner of Yale Associates LLC, a compensation consulting and contracting entity. He has over 25 years professional experience in Human Resources Management, the last 15 of which have exclusively concerned rewards. He lives with his wife in Minneapolis, and in his spare time enjoys running, history and high performance driving events.

Jill Cundiff is a Compensation Analyst with Great River Energy, a generation and transmission cooperative headquartered in Maple Grove, Minnesota.  She has over six years of experience in the compensation field with 20+ years in payroll/HRIS and human resources.  Jill is a Certified Compensation Professional and Certified Payroll Professional.  She enjoys reading, ice fishing and spending time attending her sons’ sporting events.  She lives in Elk River with her family. 

Steve is the Senior Compensation Analyst for Federated Insurance in Owatonna, MN.  Having enjoyed assignments in outside sales and home office marketing, he has now been focused on compensation for over 12 years.  He enjoys bicycling, making music, photography and spending time with his wife & family.
