Ken Hirte is the Corporate Director of Compensation and Benefits at Lifetouch.  He holds a masters degree in HR/Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, and has over 25 years of total rewards management experience in a wide range of industries including photography, retail services, health care, insurance, energy, financial services, and computer manufacturing.  Ken and his wife live in Eagan and he enjoys keeping up with the exploits of their three “twenty-something” children, as well as traveling, photography, and the North Shore.

Saado is a Principal Consultant at Keystone Compensation Group. He has over 20 years of experience in compensation analytics, compensation consulting, and as a Corporate Compensation Manager. Most recently he served as Vice President of Compensation Practice at Stanton Group in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Dan is a Director of Compensation at UnitedHealth Group. He has been in the compensation profession for over 17 years. He enjoys golfing, running, exercise and reading, and lives with his family in Eagan.

Ann Bares is Managing Partner of Altura Consulting Group, a compensation consulting firm located in the Twin Cities.  She has over 20 years experience in the compensation profession.  She lives with her family in Medina.

Jill is the Executive Compensation Manager for Pentair, Inc.  She has been in the compensation profession for over 10 years.  She enjoys running, competing in triathlons and traveling.

Jerry is currently in transition and is contracting at Xcel Energy. He has over 15 years of experience in compensation, HRIT, and international compensation. Most recently, he served as Director of International Compensation for GMAC ResCap. He enjoys kayaking and biking and lives with his family "south of the river" in Burnsville.

Luke is a Director of Compensation at UnitedHealth Group.  He has been in the compensation and benefits profession for 15 years.  He enjoys golfing, basketball and poker.  He lives in Plymouth with his wife and two children.

Jan Frisch is an Independent Compensation Consultant with 18+ years experience in organizations including Wells Fargo, Allianz, Datacard, Eschelon Telecom and
Pillsbury.  She is an Adjunct Faculty Member at St. Mary's University. In her free time, she ice dances and enjoys bicycling.

Michelle is a Manager of Compensation at Lifetouch.  She has been in the compensation profession for 16 years.  She enjoys traveling, scrapbooking, and flower gardening.  She lives in Chaska with her husband and three boys.
